Mediation is the primary problem-solving mechanism in the Employment Relations Act. The Act also provides for expert problem-solving support, information and assistance to be available at short notice to the parties in dispute.

Mediation may appear to be a benign process, however inevitably resolution requires compromise. In the absence of credible objectives and strategy, a “win win” possibility can easily become a “lose win” or even a “lose lose” outcome. 

The quality of the assistance available becomes critical, and that is where our expertise comes in. Mediation is one of the most common processes we are involved in, with many years experience in achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
