To be successful organisations must ensure that their structure and human resource tools are aligned to ensure they are not a barrier to the efficient deployment of resources and achievement of organisational goals.

HR analysis and audit involves understanding our business goals and objectives and assessing the performance of our HR tools against those objectives.
